Terms of Service

By accessing or using PetLover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, including service providers, pet owners, and administrators.

PetLover is a platform that connects pet owners with verified service providers including veterinary clinics, pet spas, pet sitters, and boarding facilities. The Service includes a mobile application, a web-based admin console, and associated APIs.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Businesses and individuals registering as service providers ("Providers") agree to the following:

• All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Providers must hold any licenses or certifications required by local law to operate their business.
• Providers are solely responsible for the quality and safety of services they deliver.
• PetLover reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any provider listing at its discretion.
• Providers may not use the platform to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

PetLover may charge service fees to Providers in the form of monthly subscription fees or commission on bookings. Specific fee structures are communicated during onboarding and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with PetLover are the exclusive property of PetLover and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of these materials without prior written permission.

By submitting content to the platform (e.g., business descriptions, photos), you grant PetLover a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PetLover does not guarantee the accuracy of provider listings, availability of services, or fitness for any particular purpose.

PetLover is not responsible for the conduct of any user or provider, and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLover's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PetLover in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
