Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PetLover Health Passport (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PetLover Health Passport.

PetLover Health Passport is a digital health-record management platform for pet owners. The App lets you store veterinary records, set health reminders, scan documents using AI, share pet profiles with family members, and track your pets’ health history. The App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice.

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of all pet health data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. We use AI to extract and organize information from uploaded documents; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data. Always verify extracted information with your veterinarian.

Certain features require a paid subscription (currently offered as Plus, Family, and Professional plans). Each plan is available on a monthly or yearly term, and its title, length, and price are shown in the app on the subscription screen before you purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your app store account (Apple ID or Google account) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same term at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the app store and are subject to its policies.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices; where required, changes will not apply to your current paid term and you will be notified and asked to consent before a price increase takes effect for a renewal.

For subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA) also apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious content or viruses.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Sell or transfer your account without our consent.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PetLover Health Passport and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The App does not provide veterinary advice; consult a licensed veterinarian for all pet health concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetLover Health Passport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time in the App settings; we retain your data for 30 days after deletion before permanently removing it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes arising under them shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
